Water Refill Stations | **PARTICIPANTS NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN BOTTLES** NCSU staff will be maintaining three water stations on the field for refilling bottles. We are trying to reduce the amount of single-use plastic at our tournament and keep the area tidy throughout the day. |
Volunteers | We are still in need of volunteers to help fill key roles throughout the day. Please encourage any spectators who may be traveling with you to sign up for a shift to help make our tournament a success: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/5080d4aa4a729abff2-oakcity#/ |
Line Judges & Umpires | Our hope is to have enough volunteers to cover these roles without asking players to this. So far, we do not have enough volunteers. If enough volunteers are not committed by Wednesday, July 5th, we will send out game assignments for participating clubs to fill these roles. |
Food | Trali Irish Pub will have lunch items available beginning at 11:00am (see Welcome Packet map) |
Schedule | An overview schedule of the Tournament and a detailed schedule of matches are included in the Welcome Packet. Items of note to help our day run smoothly: Fields are open for warm up beginning at 7:45am. Fields are closed during the Opening Ceremony, from 9:00am-9:15am. All present are encouraged to participate in the Opening Ceremony. Referees have been instructed to throw-in on time, according to the Tournament schedule. Please plan ahead and ensure your teams are ready to start. |
