Raleigh GAA welcome new players across all four sports codes (ladies’ camogie & football, men’s hurling & football). There are no try-outs or experience required to join the team. At training you will learn game skills through coaching and drilling, showcasing those learned skills in simulated game situations and scrimmages and generally running around the pitch with a focus on having fun. It’s addicting. Come dressed in athletic clothes and wear cleats. We’ll have the footballs, hurleys, balls and helmets for you to use.
During the off-season (September – March), training consists of Fall and Spring pub leagues/scrimmages.
Our tournament season runs from March until the USGAA Finals (which we will work hard to qualify for). The 2025 USGAA Finals date and location will be posted soon. Summer Training – March to August, 2025

In addition to our own club (Raleigh GAA), there are also a number of local University Clubs that are becoming established in the Triangle area. We love to support their growth and encourage students to get involved! We regularly link up with these teams for challenges/training.
